spears are the boring but effective weapon, so giving it all kind of trait doesn't make sense. The biggest point of spears was their reach, any spear without reach is not a spear. For the Martial one, it wouldn't even be that unbalanced. Other Reach weapons that need 2 hands have another trait for being d10.

The injection spear was my first choice but this weapon seems awful for an alchemist. First, it's a martial weapon so I would be forced to take weapon proficiency at level 3. Second, the poison needs an interact action to be injected to the target, after the hit. And third, it takes 3 actions to refill.
