Fixed it myself. You have to turn off the EA overlay in the settings off the EA client. So go to the settings then to application then scroll down to In-game overlay and turn it off. Solved: When I am in game or in firing range my cursor is visible. The cursor is also visible when I am in lobby so I am not usre if that is normal.

If you have a joystick or game-controller hooked up to your computer, either disconnect them or disable them. Mouse and keyboard control randomly freeze while playing multiplayer, cant look and can't move for 2-3 seconds and then it fixes, this happens every 4-5 minutes. There is no fps drop or game crash but just the controls. I assume it because of the slow internet speed because I am not having this problem on a single player.

You have to run the game though your intel graphics processor rather than your game card. This PC > Windows (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Star Wars Battlefront II > GameData. Right Click on BattlefrontII application and hover over run with graphic processor and click change default graphics processor.
