Starbucks doesn't pay even close to a living wage, nor do the majority of the employees that need 35-40 hours ever get it. Literally the only benefits to working at Starbucks are that you qualify for health insurance at 20hrs/week average hours per quarter, and you will also meet cool people. Oh and free coffee.
