The advantage of the Steam installer is that it will update your install of SWTOR any time you have Steam open and there's an update. If you have the normal install you won't get the update until you log in to the launcher. If you ever want to pay for sub time or CCs with your Steam wallet, you'll only have that option with the Steam install.
I recently installed SWTOR on their website weeks ago and enjoyed it, but I was wondering if its worth installing SWTOR on steam since I found it was added. Should I add it to my steam library?
