Re: ATM location in SXM and SBH airports. There are two ATMs on the complex opposite the airport on St St Barths, that is where I get my Euros. SXM is in the Dutch side of St Maarten and as far as I can remember the ATMs distribute USD and NAFs, apart from one between the arrivals and departure areas which also give the options to get Euros.

Per Delta's website they start flying to SXM July 2nd. We don't know how it will be in SXM, or if we want to spend $$$$ if it's going to be stressful. That doesn't sound like a good vacation. SXM did release their 5 phase to reopen plan. Basically most everything opens June 1st, on June 15th Everything is open. Apart from the potholes, speed bumps, craters and sand on the roads, the roads are quite narrow, winding and hilly. Anguilla is overwhelmingly the better of the two locations but it's fun to explore new places and try new things. We stayed in SXM for the last days of our vacation and I don't regret it.
