Sounds like DCM's post #5 is the best answer to OP's problem: a place to buy a 3.0 1MZ S/C kit from.

The only supercharger made for it was the TRD Supercharger designed for the pre-vvti 1mz camrys/solaras. It is no longer in production but there are used ones for sale on solaraguy.com or toyotanation. They cost around 2,000 but you can sometimes find them for less. Here is a good article detailing the 1mz swap and supercharging it.
