A car buddy wants to convert his 350 SBC 290 HP crate motor over to EFI for better hi-way mileage, he drives the car on trips a lot. Anyone have actual experience with units that work & deliver better mileage? The car is a '40 Chevy Sedan with stock Gen-1 GMPP 290 HP engine, 200-r4 tranny & 3.08 gears.
