2017 CUE problems in XT5. This morning, while driving down the road, OnStar comes on with an obnoxious commercial touting their product, interrupting the station I had on. When the commercial was over, CUE sound went DEAD. No sound from radio, telephone, GPS, nothing. When I pushed the voice button on the steering wheel, nada.CUE system - radio controls not working. It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Then ensure the steering wheel controls communicate with the CUE.Whomever is having issues with the touchscreen not working. I found this and it won’t cost me $1500. Jan 31, 2014 · Not all of my CUE keys are working. Just purchased my first new Cadillac. 2013 XTS demo that was used as a loaner. I started storing radio channels and wanted to rename them. I tap on the quill and the keyboard comes up. Problem is that there are about 10 keys on two rows that don't work. Keys above them, to the left of them and below do work.
