It seems to depend on what channel I was last watching on a different set. I have not had to to experiment to see if it is a block of channels or just one. If I navigate to the DVR, the program crashes out and I can restart it. Then I can load the channel. The program starts fine 100% of the time if the last viewed is one that DTV seems to like.
