That is not a bug. The second sister always will have 100% health after her transformation but as far as i know you will damage her down to the health she had before transforming a lot faster. So if you basically kill both of them at the same time i think the second one should die very fast and not tank a lot.I got this bug after updated to patch 1.07 last night both my modded and vanilla save file, here how i fix this bug: 1.
