I hold bike straight up, after it's sat 5 minutes. and fill to middle /top line in glass while holding bike straight up. If you're buying oil just get 4 qrts, just because :grin.

In temps above freezing, I have found Motul Mocool to work better. similar to water wetter.

Given the bike (if standard) is set up, mapped etc to run on 95/90 unless you make significant mods there is no need and no point in using higher.
