Heritage rough rider issues.
I was having frequent light strikes with my Rough Rider using a variety of ammo with both the 22lr and magnum cylinders. I found that there was a ridge in the casting on the left side of the hammer. The hammer was also shifted to the left within the frame.

My first rough rider was a barkeep with both cylinders that I bought for lr ratshot and cci shot shell. I shoot 22mag in a couple of my rifles, so I bought cylinders, so all 3 have both. I have my grandson's Heritage here and it has me stumped. Hold the gun level and the firing pin doesn't hit hard enough to fire the round. Point the gun down and it fires every time. You can see the difference in the two pin strikes in the pic.
