This thread is old but I just wanted to share with people out if you couldn't shift out of PARK after new throttle or tps sensor replacement, you have to bring your car to the Honda to have them update the PCM software. The new Honda throttle body, which include the IAVC, TPS cost $259 online.

You want to "catch" it with the brake at the right time. This will take pressure off of the parking lock. Apply light pressure to the shifter when doing this.
