I'm converting to a LTZ. Basically just the cosmetics as the car is loaded up. I've already put OEM mirrors, handles, trim, the LED DRL's.

These side detection modules are on the inside of the rear bumper and are prone to damage from debris even with the GM flaps. There is a small gap and debris, water and such surround the module and it often fails due to water intrusion. The price is also about right for these. I would ask for GOODWILL warranty or Customer Enthusiasm warranty.

I am now getting the Side detection system needs service again. If I pull the passenger side connector off the sensor and reconnect it, it works for a day or 2.You can see the front of the car has 6 sensors on it. Two on the side of the bumper in white and 4 black sensors within the front of the bumper.
