The hinge-pin screw on the Sub9 is completely different than the Sub-2000, as is the length. The "extended" sling hinge screw for the Sub2000 sling kit isn't even as long as the original Sub9 screw. I've seen pic's of the original Sub9 kit, and it was an extended screw, and a nice all-metal nut with a sling swivel on it.
