The three codes are: 57= Engine Code, 71= Steering Sensor Signal Freeze, 42= Power Supply Voltage Low. I noticed several times before the codes appeared that. the car felt like it hit a puff of wind.The CEL, traction control light came on and the cruise light flashes. Pulled a code P0028, driver side vvt issue. I did a couple of recommended remedies, cleared the code and the lights came back after a few miles. Did an engine flush with Subaru engine flush and changed the oil, cleared the code and the light came back on after a few miles.So that should include 2006-2012 Subaru Legacy and 2006-2012 Subaru Outback.
