I still have the CEL. I assume that the next part to replace is the Evap Canester Vent Solenoid but I see that according to RockAuto there is one for crew cab and one for reg cab and then one ...P0449 is a circuit code. While the vent valve usually fixes this code it can still have a wiring issue. I typically just restring the entire circuit if it is dropping voltage at the valve. It's far faster and easier than finding the actual problem in most cases. If you need pin outs and diagrams let me know.
